Yes. Desi Charades is 100% free on Google Play with no paywalls. Decks, Team Battle, AI deck generation — all free. The only ads appear between rounds, never mid-game.

Does it work offline?+

Yes, once a deck is loaded it works offline. Internet is only needed for AI-generated custom decks and the initial deck download.

How does Team Battle mode work?+

Two teams take turns. The challenger team picks a word secretly, the opposing team acts it out while their teammates guess against a timer. Rounds alternate and the highest score wins. Most charades apps only offer single-player heads-up — Team Battle is what makes Desi Charades different.

What kind of decks are there?+

Bollywood movies, classic Hindi songs, Indian cricketers, anime, cartoons, sports, global karaoke, international actors, and more — 10+ curated decks with 1,500+ cards. You can also generate your own deck on any topic with the built-in AI.

How many players do I need?+

Minimum 2 (one acts, one guesses). Team Battle works best with 4–10 players split into two squads. Perfect for family gatherings, hostel nights, or office parties.

What languages are supported?+

Cards mix Hindi and English (Hinglish), with deck categories spanning Bollywood, regional Indian pop culture, and global topics so non-Hindi speakers can play too.
